Proclinical is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role focuses on supporting HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits management, performance reviews, training, and reporting. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful work while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with HR tools such as BambooHR and PerformYards is beneficial.

The HR Specialist's responsibilities will be:

• Coordinate employee recruitment processes, acting as the primary contact with external recruiters and scheduling interviews.
• Manage new employee onboarding, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Oversee employee benefits, including open enrollment processes; familiarity with BambooHR is advantageous.
• Support employee performance management and reviews; knowledge of PerformYards is a plus.
• Maintain and update training systems, recommend training pathways, and ensure employee development through platforms like BetterU.
• Generate and manage employee-related reports, including payroll and benefits payable reports.

Compensation:

• $105,000 to $110,000 per annum.
