Job Overview:Rodriguez Landscaping &amp; Construction Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to support daily operations, with a strong focus on utility coordination and ticket management. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to combine driving proficiency with hands-on landscape work, making every day engaging and impactful.Responsibilities<ul><li>Safely operate trucks, excavators, and other power tools to transport materials and equipment to designated job sites.</li><li>Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, tree trimming, hedge shaping, and garden care to ensure pristine outdoor spaces.</li><li>Use hand tools and power tools for planting, hardscape installation, irrigation setup, and general landscape improvements.</li><li>Perform snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access for clients and team members.</li><li>Support tree care activities including pruning, planting, and removal using appropriate equipment.</li><li>Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance to ensure safety and reliability.</li><li>Collaborate with team members on project setup, site preparation, and cleanup to deliver high-quality results efficiently.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience operating landscaping machinery such as excavators, mowers, or snow plows is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge related to power tools, hand tools, and construction equipment.</li><li>Hands-on experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture.</li><li>Familiarity with irrigation systems and tree care practices enhances your versatility on the job.</li><li>Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while working outdoors in various weather conditions.</li><li>Prior work in landscaping or construction environments demonstrates your ability to adapt quickly and work effectively within a team.
