Responsibilities

• Safely operate trucks, excavators, and other power tools to transport materials and equipment to designated job sites.
• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, tree trimming, hedge shaping, and garden care to ensure pristine outdoor spaces.
• Use hand tools and power tools for planting, hardscape installation, irrigation setup, and general landscape improvements.
• Perform snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access for clients and team members.
• Support tree care activities including pruning, planting, and removal using appropriate equipment.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance to ensure safety and reliability.
• Collaborate with team members on project setup, site preparation, and cleanup to deliver high-quality results efficiently.

Experience

• Proven experience operating landscaping machinery such as excavators, mowers, or snow plows is highly desirable.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to power tools, hand tools, and construction equipment.
• Hands-on experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and tree care practices enhances your versatility on the job.
• Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Prior work in landscaping or construction environments demonstrates your ability to adapt quickly and work effectively within a team.
