The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, technical knowledge, and hands-on experience in managing full-cycle interior projects&mdash;from concept to execution. This is a client-facing role with leadership responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead project design development, planning, and execution</li><li>Create detailed working drawings, 3D views, presentations, and mood boards</li><li>Engage in client meetings and provide creative, functional design solutions</li><li>Conduct site visits for measurement, supervision, and quality control</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely progress</li><li>Develop BOQs, cost estimates, and support budgeting process</li><li>Ensure adherence to timelines and high-quality execution</li><li>Guide and mentor junior designers and interns</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture</li><li>4+ years of proven experience in residential or commercial interiors</li><li>Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Suite</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and client handling skills</li><li>Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;70,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person

To support our expanding portfolio in bhubaneswar, we are looking for a Project Manager who can lead, coordinate, and deliver projects from concept to handover.Role OverviewAs a Project Manager, you will oversee multiple interior projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and adherence to budgets. You will act as the central point of contact between clients, designers, vendors, and on-site teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of interior design &amp; build projects.</li><li>Coordinate with designers, architects, vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards; proactively resolve issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.</li><li>Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress, safety, and compliance.</li><li>Ensure client satisfaction through transparent communication, progress updates, and timely handovers.</li><li>Negotiate with vendors/contractors and track procurement to avoid project bottlenecks.</li><li>Prepare project reports, billing documentation, and closure reports.</li></ul>Desired Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Project Management (preferred).</li><li>5+ years of experience in project management within the interior design / construction / turnkey execution industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and interior finishes.</li><li>Excellent project planning, budgeting, and vendor management skills.</li><li>Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, or project management tools.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary &amp; performance-based incentives.</li><li>Opportunity to lead high-value interior projects.</li><li>Growth in a fast-scaling design &amp; build firm.</li><li>Dynamic work culture with a focus on creativity and execution excellence.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
