Project Manager – Interior Design

Rubenius is a 20 year old bangalore based Interior Design & Build company delivering end-to-end residential, commercial, and turnkey projects. Our work blends design excellence with execution precision, ensuring spaces are not only beautiful but also functional and durable. To support our expanding portfolio in bhubaneswar, we are looking for a Project Manager who can lead, coordinate, and deliver projects from concept to handover.

Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will oversee multiple interior projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and adherence to budgets. You will act as the central point of contact between clients, designers, vendors, and on-site teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of interior design & build projects.
• Coordinate with designers, architects, vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards; proactively resolve issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress, safety, and compliance.
• Ensure client satisfaction through transparent communication, progress updates, and timely handovers.
• Negotiate with vendors/contractors and track procurement to avoid project bottlenecks.
• Prepare project reports, billing documentation, and closure reports.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Project Management (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in project management within the interior design / construction / turnkey execution industry.
• Strong knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and interior finishes.
• Excellent project planning, budgeting, and vendor management skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, or project management tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
