Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Interior Designer/Architect to lead high-end residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, technical knowledge, and hands-on experience in managing full-cycle interior projects—from concept to execution. This is a client-facing role with leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project design development, planning, and execution
• Create detailed working drawings, 3D views, presentations, and mood boards
• Engage in client meetings and provide creative, functional design solutions
• Conduct site visits for measurement, supervision, and quality control
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely progress
• Develop BOQs, cost estimates, and support budgeting process
• Ensure adherence to timelines and high-quality execution
• Guide and mentor junior designers and interns

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture
• 4+ years of proven experience in residential or commercial interiors
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Suite
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client handling skills
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
