Role SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and organized Indoor Sales Executive to support business development through client coordination, follow-ups, and sales support related to freight forwarding and logistics services.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and coordination via calls and emails.</li><li>Support outdoor sales by managing quotations, proposals, and documentation.</li><li>Identify potential business opportunities from leads and existing customers.</li><li>Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely and smooth shipment execution.</li><li>Maintain customer records, sales data, and MIS reports.</li><li>Strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.</li><li>Support marketing and sales initiatives to achieve overall business targets. &nbsp;</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Skills<ul><li>Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pure freight forwarding (UAE experience is mandatory).</li><li>Exposure to handling genuine Export / Import Sea Freight customers is required.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Pleasing personality with strong coordination and customer-handling skills.</li><li>Working knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, and supply chain processes.</li><li>Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.</li></ul>
