This role demands, at minimum, a Diploma in Nursing (BSc preferred), 2+ years' experience, and proficiency in surgical procedures. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Pre-operative Care: Preparing the patient, checking medical records, and ensuring the operating room is sterile and stocked with necessary equipment.</li><li>Intra-operative Support: Acting as a scrub or circulating nurse, passing instruments to surgeons, and assisting with procedures.</li><li>Monitoring &amp; Safety: Checking vital signs, ensuring patient safety, and managing the sterile field to prevent infections.</li><li>Documentation: Accurately recording nursing care, surgical counts (instruments, needles), and patient data.</li><li>Post-operative Care: Transferring patients to the recovery room and monitoring their initial post-surgery recovery.</li><li>Teamwork: Liaising with the multidisciplinary team, including surgeons and anaesthetists.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Education: BSc or Diploma in Nursing.</li><li>Experience: Proven 2+ years of experience as an operating room nurse.</li><li>Skills: Proficiency in sterile techniques, strong organizational skills, and high emotional/physical stamina.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
