Shipment &amp; Freight CoordinationCoordinate incoming and outgoing shipmentsWork with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokersTrack containers via Port of Salalah systems2. Warehouse &amp; Inventory ManagementMonitor stock levels and warehouse movementEnsure proper storage and handling of goodsCoordinate loading/unloading operations3. Documentation &amp; CustomsPrepare shipping documents:Bill of LadingInvoicesPacking listsEnsure compliance with Oman customs and free zone regulations4. Transport CoordinationArrange trucks and delivery schedulesCoordinate with drivers and logistics providersEnsure timely delivery of goods5. Tracking &amp; ReportingTrack shipment status and delaysReport logistics performance to managementUpdate ERP/logistics systems6.
