Logistics Coordinator – Salalah Free Zone

Salalah Free Zone (SFZ) is a government-owned industrial and logistics hub in Oman, established in 2006 by Royal Decree. It develops industrial and logistics investment zones in southern Oman.

Job Description:

1. Shipment & Freight Coordination

Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments

Work with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers

Track containers via Port of Salalah systems

2. Warehouse & Inventory Management

Monitor stock levels and warehouse movement

Ensure proper storage and handling of goods

Coordinate loading/unloading operations

3. Documentation & Customs

Prepare shipping documents:

Bill of Lading

Invoices

Packing lists

Ensure compliance with Oman customs and free zone regulations

4. Transport Coordination

Arrange trucks and delivery schedules

Coordinate with drivers and logistics providers

Ensure timely delivery of goods

5. Tracking & Reporting

Track shipment status and delays

Report logistics performance to management

Update ERP/logistics systems

6. Supplier & Client Coordination

Communicate with suppliers, customers, and shipping agents

Resolve delays or logistics issues

Maintain smooth supply chain flow
