Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Marketing to develop, implement, and track our marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow. You will be a key player in shaping our brand's voice and driving our growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.</li><li>Manage and create engaging content for our social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X).</li><li>Assist in the creation of marketing materials like brochures, newsletters, and presentations.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.</li><li>Organize and attend marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.</li><li>Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports using tools like Google Analytics.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure brand consistency.</li><li>Manage email and CRM campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi. You must be able to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.</li><li>Active &amp; Proactive Attitude: We are looking for a go-getter! Someone who is results-oriented, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong Computer Knowledge:</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) is essential.</li><li>Hands-on experience with social media management tools.</li><li>Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva is a huge plus.</li><li>Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, Content Marketing).</li><li>Interpersonal Skills: A confident and outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients.</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: Internship 3-6 month more prefer in a similar marketing role is preferred, but freshers with exceptional skills and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;12,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
