-Minimum 3 years' Experience in Interior Fit-out in UAE.Job Responsibilities:-Review tender drawings, specifications, and BOQs to determine material, labor, and subcontracting requirements.-Carry out quantity take-offs from drawings and documents.-Attend on-site meetings and prepare BOQ-Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.-Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, tender submissions, and budgetary proposals.-Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure cost alignment with technical requirements.-Update and maintain a database of local suppliers, subcontractors, and market rates.-Assist in value engineering exercises by suggesting alternative materials or methods.-Support the team in post-tender clarifications and negotiations when required.Ensure all aspects of the project have been included.-Interpret specifications, price tenders, and preparation of contract documents.-Analyses drawings, and prepares BOQ with specifications.-Prepare the estimation with a detailed break up possibly using estimation models and tools.-Coordinate with subcontractors to get the price for various elements within the project.-Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.-Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, specifications, and related documents.-Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.-Presents prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.-Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.-Understanding drawings and joinery technical details.-prepare progress claims, variations, and omission reports.Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED6,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Fit-out: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
