• Supervise daily interior fit-out activities on-site.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain workflow.
• Assist in planning and scheduling site activities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Review shop drawings and identify any discrepancies before execution.
• Track material deliveries and monitor material usage on-site.
• Prepare daily site reports and update project progress.
• Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Assist in snagging, de-snagging, and project handover activities.
• Resolve minor technical issues under the guidance of senior engineers or project managers.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in construction or interior fit-out are also encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of construction drawings and site supervision.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
