Job Title: Customer Success &amp; Training Specialist (School Management Systems)We are hiring a professional with a strong background in the education sector and hands-on experience with School Management Systems (LMS / SIS / ERP for schools), combined with solid knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct professional product demos for schools and decision-makers</li><li>Train school staff (teachers, supervisors, administrators) on system usage</li><li>Follow up with potential clients and maintain continuous communication</li><li>Handle client inquiries and provide support</li><li>Support and close deals when required</li><li>Review system performance from a user perspective and provide feedback for improvement</li><li>Evaluate usability, workflow efficiency, and overall system quality</li><li>Apply effective marketing and sales approaches to convert leads into clients</li></ul>System Development &amp; Improvement:<ul><li>Review current systems and software performance continuously</li><li>Identify gaps, issues, and opportunities for improvement</li><li>Suggest new features and enhancements based on user needs</li><li>Research innovative ideas to develop the system</li><li>Coordinate with developers and follow up on implementation</li><li>Ensure improvements are aligned with business goals and user experience</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience working in schools or educational institutions</li><li>Hands-on experience using School Management Systems (LMS / SIS / ERP)</li><li>Ability to evaluate system quality and suggest improvements</li><li>Proven understanding of marketing and sales strategies</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills</li><li>Ability to explain systems in a simple and clear way</li><li>Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills</li><li>Professional appearance and commitment</li><li>Ability to work remotely</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience in educational sector.</li><li>Experience in training skills and conducting workshops, conferences, etc.</li><li>Experience in client handling and closing deals, and marketing strategies.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Fixed monthly salary 10000 Egyptian Pound.</li><li>Performance-based bonus on closed deals</li></ul>If you meet the above requirements, please send your CV along with a short introduction explaining your experience with school systems, marketing/sales, .Smart Steps SystemsPay: E&pound;10,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
