Expert Sales and Marketeer with Professional Educational Background in LMS.

Job Title: Customer Success & Training Specialist (School Management Systems)

We are hiring a professional with a strong background in the education sector and hands-on experience with School Management Systems (LMS / SIS / ERP for schools), combined with solid knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct professional product demos for schools and decision-makers
  • Train school staff (teachers, supervisors, administrators) on system usage
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain continuous communication
  • Handle client inquiries and provide support
  • Support and close deals when required
  • Review system performance from a user perspective and provide feedback for improvement
  • Evaluate usability, workflow efficiency, and overall system quality
  • Apply effective marketing and sales approaches to convert leads into clients

System Development & Improvement:

  • Review current systems and software performance continuously
  • Identify gaps, issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Suggest new features and enhancements based on user needs
  • Research innovative ideas to develop the system
  • Coordinate with developers and follow up on implementation
  • Ensure improvements are aligned with business goals and user experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in schools or educational institutions
  • Hands-on experience using School Management Systems (LMS / SIS / ERP)
  • Ability to evaluate system quality and suggest improvements
  • Proven understanding of marketing and sales strategies
  • Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to explain systems in a simple and clear way
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Professional appearance and commitment
  • Ability to work remotely

Preferred:

  • Experience in educational sector.
  • Experience in training skills and conducting workshops, conferences, etc.
  • Experience in client handling and closing deals, and marketing strategies.

Compensation:

  • Fixed monthly salary 10000 Egyptian Pound.
  • Performance-based bonus on closed deals
