Our client is a well-established manufacturing company seeking a dedicated professional to support and execute HR-related functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires 5-10+ years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment, and a strong commitment to cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Responsibilities: <ul> <li> Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for new hires </li> <li> Address employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and promote engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment </li> <li> Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, maintaining accurate employee records and updating workplace policies </li> <li> Coordinate training programs, including safety and skills development, to enhance employee performance and meet industry standards </li> <li> Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and communication of employee benefit programs </li> <li> Maintain HR metrics, prepare reports on recruitment, retention, and compliance, and support audits as needed </li> <li> Implement and enforce HR policies to align with company objectives and industry regulations </li> </ul> Requirements: <ul> <li> Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field </li> <li> 5-10+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting </li> <li> PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred but not required </li> <li> Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements </li> </ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?KD66OVFTKePQaZ8MeMV5KttgRaRBcq56w" width="0" height="0" />
