Summary:The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing front-desk operations, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office functioning. The Receptionist will also assist the Human Resources department with routine tasks and confidential administrative support.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.</li><li>Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take accurate messages.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.</li><li>Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.</li><li>Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.</li><li>Manage visitor logs, access cards, and maintain security procedures.</li><li>Support staff with office-related tasks and special projects.</li><li>Coordinate with office suppliers for inventory and replenishment of office materials.</li><li>Provide general information and exceptional customer service to visitors and employees.</li><li>Assist HR/Admin with maintaining employee files and documentation as required, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Any graduation is acceptable.</li><li>Proven 2+ years of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience supporting HR or administrative teams.</li><li>Problem-solving abilities and an adaptable, positive attitude.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and time management skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities: Accounts:<ul><li>Record day-to-day accounting transactions (sales, purchase, payments, receipts).</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and financial records.</li><li>Verify and process invoices, credit notes, and expense statements.</li><li>Assist with GST filing, monthly closing, and preparation of financial reports.</li></ul>Purchase:<ul><li>Create and manage purchase orders (POs).</li><li>Source and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and quality.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials.</li><li>Maintain supplier database, quotations, and purchase records.</li><li>Track inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/operations as required.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Coordination:<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of all accounting and purchase documents.</li><li>Prepare reports, statements, and spreadsheets using Excel or ERP tools.</li><li>Support internal departments with information related to accounts or procurement.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of basic accounting principles.</li><li>Experience with Tally ERP/ERP systems.</li><li>Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational abilities.</li><li>Good proficiency in MS Excel and data handling.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
