In this role, you will:</b></p><ul><li><div>
Assist customers with the utilization of Library computers, personal devices or other equipment and troubleshoot Library equipment for customers and staff.</div></li><li><div>
Participate in regular team discussions regarding technology, Library services, customer assistance, and other topics.</div></li><li><div>
Communicate with managers regarding needed maintenance or Help Desk tickets for issues with technology.</div></li><li><p>
Provide one-on-one assistance for customers through Tech Connect appointments.</p></li></ul><p><b><br>
You will need to be:</b></p><ul><li><div>
Friendly, patient, and able to build relationships at all levels.</div></li><li><div>
Strategic about assisting customers with different levels of technological proficiency</div></li><li><div>
Capable of effectively presenting information and responding to questions from customers and staff</div></li><li><div>

At least six months of customer service experience</div></li><li><div>
An associate&rsquo;s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred; a high school diploma or GED.</div></li><li><div>
