Job Requirements:
<ul><li> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree.</li></ul>
<ul><li> At least 5-15 years of credit analysis and underwriting experience.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Sound knowledge of general lending policies and procedures, pertinent banking regulations, and employee development.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Prefer candidate have experience in writing detailed credit memos.
</li></ul><ul><li> Excellent understanding and knowledge of lending products, services, and pricing.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Promote an atmosphere of professionalism throughout the Bank&rsquo;s lending function.</li></ul> 


Specific Job Functions:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Analyze credit and prepare spreads along with underwriting loans and preparing credit memos.
2. Assist lending personnel and other credit analysts to improve their preparation of credit memos prior to submission.

3. If needed, assist with annual reviews of loans over $1,000,000; recommend risk ratings.

4. Be a sounding board for lending personnel; where appropriate, carry their concerns, problems, ideas, etc. to the Chief Lender and Chief Credit Officer to ensure that all significant issues are addressed in a timely manner.

5. Promote a healthy, high-performance attitude within the Bank; promote the vision of the President, Chief Lender, and Chief Credit Officer and help develop excellent bankers.

6. Although lending is the primary area of responsibility, wherever feasible, promote the image of the Bank or the positive attitudes of fellow Stone Bankers.

7. Stay abreast of changing economic and industry trends and help facilitate these changes with lenders and in underwriting.

8. Work with a sense of urgency on all projects, punctual attendance and make good use of time.
