Position Summary:
The Manager, Warehouse Operations is responsible for the overall strategic leadership and day-to-day execution of warehouse and Mobile Integration Center (MIC) operations. This role drives operational excellence across receiving, inventory management, production/staging, order fulfillment, and shipping while ensuring safety, accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding customer experience.
The Manager leads supervisors and frontline teams, develops high-performing talent, and partners cross-functionally to align operations with business objectives, service level commitments, and growth strategies.
Responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions
<ul><li>Own and drive end-to-end warehouse and MIC operations, including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, staging, integration, and shipping for all projects going through NetSuite.</li>
<li>Maintain strong oversight of daily workflows, labor allocation, and throughput to optimize productivity and performance</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze key metrics (fulfillment, accuracy, inventory, productivity) to identify trends and root causes of issues</li>
<li>Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to improve operational efficiency and scalability.</li>
<li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.</li>
<li>Establish clear performance expectations for employees and accountability to drive results and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with effective communication with various departments and</li>
<li>Regularly communicate performance trends and improvements to senior management and leadership</li>
<li>Responsible for the overall safety, quality, performance and customer experience of the warehouse operations</li>
<li>Accomplishes warehouse operations human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Develops warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process workflow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout, implementing changes.</li>
<li>Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.</li>
<li>Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.</li>
<li>Responsible for writing/implementing work instructions for all activities within the warehouse and making sure they are all being followed</li>
<li>Promote a positive, collaborative, and safety-first work environment.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred in supply chain management or logistics.</li>
<li>Microsoft Suite expertise: strong analytical Excel &amp; PowerPoint skills to support ongoing data mining &amp; analysis, and designs &amp; executes KPI&rsquo;s &amp; operational metrics</li>
<li>4-7 years&rsquo; experience in warehouse operations management</li>
<li>Able to work collaboratively across functions and synthesize multiple points of view into a streamlined action plan. Able to effectively drive results in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company</li>
<li>Able to hit the ground running &ndash; a confident, entrepreneurial self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize projects to delegate tasks appropriately</li>
<li>Demonstrated leadership in building a culture of Continuous Improvement for process and operation</li>
<li>Analytical ability necessary to gather and interpret data to further develop, recommend and implement solutions</li>
<li>Managing Processes, People Management, Supervision, Data Entry Skills, Data Entry Management, Data Processing, Dependability, Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information, Dealing with Complexity, Deadline-Oriented</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license required and valid forklift operator&rsquo;s license highly preferred.</li>
<li>Knowledge of FedEx &amp; UPS shipping console systems.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Oracle ERP preferred or other ERP/Warehouse Management Software experience.</li>

 is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process and supporting the design, development, and delivery of employee training programs. This role ensures the organization attracts top talent and fosters continuous employee development aligned with business objectives.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions

 Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.

 Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and workforce planning needs
 </li>

 Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)

 </li>

 Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and provide insights

 Identify training needs through collaboration with managers and performance data

 Design onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate effectively into the organization

 Develop and deliver training programs (technical skills, leadership, compliance, soft skills)

 Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and learning events
 </li>

 Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and performance improvements
 </li>

 Maintain training records and ensure compliance with mandatory learning requirements
 </li>

 Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies in recruitment and training activities
 </li>

 Manage HR systems for recruitment and learning tracking
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with HR projects such as talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives

 Required Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;7+ years of experience in recruitment and/or training &amp; development
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and adult learning principles
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
