About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and proactive Marketing / Business Development Executive who will be responsible for actively visiting clients, generating leads, and bringing new business opportunities for our facility management services. The ideal candidate is field-oriented, confident, and has the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.Key Responsibilities Lead Generation &amp; Field Marketing<ul><li>Conduct daily field visits to corporate offices, industries, commercial buildings, hospitals, malls, and other potential client sites.</li><li>Actively identify and approach prospective clients who require housekeeping, security, or manpower services.</li><li>Generate high-quality leads through cold visits, cold calls, networking, and referrals.</li><li>Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly.</li></ul>Business Development<ul><li>Present the company&rsquo;s services to decision-makers (Facility Managers, Admin Heads, HR Managers, Procurement Teams).</li><li>Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service presentations.</li><li>Negotiate pricing and service terms to close deals.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.</li></ul>Client Meetings &amp; Relationship Building<ul><li>Schedule and attend client meetings to understand their service requirements.</li><li>Build strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing customers.</li><li>Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.</li></ul>Market Research &amp; Competitor Tracking<ul><li>Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and new project developments in the region.</li><li>Identify potential opportunities in new and emerging markets.</li><li>Provide regular feedback and insights to management.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).</li><li>1&ndash;5 years of experience in field marketing or business development.</li><li>Experience in facility management or manpower services is a strong advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Must be comfortable with extensive field travel.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;20,000.00 per monthExpected Start Date: 01/12/2025
