About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Marketing / Business Development Executive who will be responsible for actively visiting clients, generating leads, and bringing new business opportunities for our facility management services. The ideal candidate is field-oriented, confident, and has the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Field Marketing

  • Conduct daily field visits to corporate offices, industries, commercial buildings, hospitals, malls, and other potential client sites.
  • Actively identify and approach prospective clients who require housekeeping, security, or manpower services.
  • Generate high-quality leads through cold visits, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly.

Business Development

  • Present the company’s services to decision-makers (Facility Managers, Admin Heads, HR Managers, Procurement Teams).
  • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
  • Negotiate pricing and service terms to close deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Client Meetings & Relationship Building

  • Schedule and attend client meetings to understand their service requirements.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Market Research & Competitor Tracking

  • Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and new project developments in the region.
  • Identify potential opportunities in new and emerging markets.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–5 years of experience in field marketing or business development.
  • Experience in facility management or manpower services is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Must be comfortable with extensive field travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
