We are looking for a warm, organised and confident <b>Front of House Receptionist</b> to be the first point of contact for our clients and the heart of our salon&rsquo;s daily operations.<br>
</div><div><b>
Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Welcome clients with professionalism, warmth and a luxury service mindset.</li><li>
Manage the salon booking system, including appointments, cancellations and waiting lists.</li><li>
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages and email enquiries promptly and professionally.</li><li>
Maintain the reception area and retail displays to Tara Rose standards.</li><li>
Process payments, upsell services and promote retail products where appropriate.</li><li>
Support the management team with administrative duties (reports, schedules, stock monitoring, etc.).</li><li>
Coordinate stylist schedules and ensure smooth client flow throughout the day.</li><li>
Handle client feedback and concerns with grace, confidentiality and solutions-focused communication.</li><li>
Assist in preparing refreshments and maintaining a clean, organised front-of-house environment.</li>
Uphold brand standards, tone of voice and client experience protocols at all times.<br>

Requirements</b></div><ul><li>
Previous experience as a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer service role (beauty or luxury industry preferred).</li><li>
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment.</li><li>
Professional appearance and a warm, welcoming presence.</li><li>
Confident using booking systems, computers and basic admin tools.</li><li>
Ability to remain calm and positive under pressure.</li><li>
A genuine passion for the beauty industry and creating a high-end client experience.</li>
Team player with a proactive, supportive attitude.<br>
