Our Bahrain location brings the same award-winning standards from Abu Dhabi, offering a high-end environment where clients feel seen, supported and cared for from the moment they walk in.
We are looking for a warm, organised and confident Front of House Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and the heart of our salon’s daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients with professionalism, warmth and a luxury service mindset.
- Manage the salon booking system, including appointments, cancellations and waiting lists.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the reception area and retail displays to Tara Rose standards.
- Process payments, upsell services and promote retail products where appropriate.
- Support the management team with administrative duties (reports, schedules, stock monitoring, etc.).
- Coordinate stylist schedules and ensure smooth client flow throughout the day.
- Handle client feedback and concerns with grace, confidentiality and solutions-focused communication.
- Assist in preparing refreshments and maintaining a clean, organised front-of-house environment. Uphold brand standards, tone of voice and client experience protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer service role (beauty or luxury industry preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Professional appearance and a warm, welcoming presence.
- Confident using booking systems, computers and basic admin tools.
- Ability to remain calm and positive under pressure.
- A genuine passion for the beauty industry and creating a high-end client experience. Team player with a proactive, supportive attitude.
