Receptionist (Bahraini Nationals Only)

Location: Bahrain, Sakhir

Qualification and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 1 year experience.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills with a structured, detail-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

• Welcome and guide visitors, clients, and new joiners.
• Manage meeting room bookings to avoid overlaps.
• Coordinate with Sales on showroom visits.
• Keep reception, meeting rooms, and waiting areas clean.
• Support clerical tasks: photocopying, scanning, filing, binding, and delivery.
• Receive and distribute letters, invoices, and packages.
