URGENT HIRING

One of the comprehensive Medical Trading Companies in Seef is in need of an ADMIN/QUOTATION to maintain the smooth running of an office through a variety of administrative and clerical duties. Prepares and processes quotations and coordinates with clients, suppliers, and the sales team regarding orders. Ensures timely communication, proper filing, and compliance with company procedures to support efficient sales and customer service operations.

• Female
• Excellent in English communication skills
• Must be able to manage business communication through proper correspondence with excellent written and verbal communication skills (calls & emails)
• Must have proficient working knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook)
• Must have the ability to learn fast and follow instruction with minimal guidance/supervision.
• Must be willing to learn and with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge in making enquiry, quotation, order and invoice is an advantage
