We are hiring a HR Admin to manage HR activities, administrative operations, invoice handling, and client coordination. The ideal candidate should be organized, professional, and capable of managing multiple tasks smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:HR Activities

  • End-to-end recruitment support (job posting, screening, interview scheduling).
  • Manage employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave records.
  • Support HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain and update employee database & HR files.

Administrative Work

  • Handle daily office administration and coordination.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor follow-ups, and facility-related tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain administrative reports and documentation.

Invoice & Documentation

  • Prepare and track invoices for clients.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for timely follow-ups and payments.
  • Maintain proper documentation for bills, purchase orders, and financial files.

Client Coordination

  • Attend client meetings when required.
  • Maintain professional communication and represent the company.
  • Share updates, gather feedback, and support client-related tasks.

Location: BAHRAIN

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD250.000 - BD600.000 per month
