We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to manage daily operational and coordination tasks. The role involves handling company vehicles, mobile lines, purchase orders, and various government-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing, processing, and following up on purchase orders.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to company cars, including registration, insurance renewal, maintenance scheduling, and record keeping.
  • Handle mobile line requests, renewals, cancellations, and maintain updated record.
  • Coordinate and process transactions with ministries and government departments as required.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation (soft and hard copies).
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or in Business Administration or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in administrative support or office coordination.
  • Good communication skills in English/Arabic.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
