We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join a growing food tech company as their first dedicated HR Ops hire, based in Bahrain. This role will oversee HR operations across multiple regions (Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, and Kuwait) ensuring seamless processes and strict compliance with local labor laws, with a strong emphasis on Saudi labor regulations.
As the company expands, this role will help build a scalable HR framework and support the onboarding of future HR representatives in each market.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily HR operations across BH, SA, UAE, QA, and KW.
- Ensure compliance with regional labor laws, especially Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
- Handle GOSI (BH + KSA), LMRA, visas, work permits, contracts, and government portals.
- Manage health insurance enrollment, renewals, and claims.
- Support payroll with accurate data and documentation.
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee records.
- Coordinate Tamkeen processes when applicable.
- Act as the main HR point of contact for all regions and support future HR hires.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 3–5 years HR Operations experience.
- Familiarity with Saudi labor laws
- Experience with GCC multi-country HR, GOSI, LMRA, visas, and health insurance.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
