 About the Role:
 
 
 
 Our client is fast-growing and are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to help expand and deepen their customer relationships.
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and execute the companies commercial strategy in Oman
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and win new business opportunities in construction, O&amp;G, EPCs, mining, logistics and industrial sectors
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate qualified leads, build a strong pipeline, and manage the full sales cycle
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct customer visits, site assessments, commercial presentations, and proposal reviews
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead tenders, pricing, negotiations, and contract finalisation
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key stakeholders (clients, partners,government entities)
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Finance) to ensure alignment and smooth delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the company at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Min. 5 years of B2B sales or account management experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in energy, construction, O&amp;G services, equipment rental, or industrial projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage complex technical discussions with customers and strong commercial sense to handle large contracts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
 </li>
 <li>
 A proactive, solution-driven mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Based in Musact, Oman or willing to relocate
 </li>
 <li>
 English and Arabic fluent.
 </li>
