About our Client:

Our client is Middle East's leading provider of mobile, off-grid solar-hybrid microgrids, delivering clean, reliable power to construction, oil & gas, logistics, and industrial customers across the region. With the largest installed base of temporary off-grid hybrid systems in the GCC and majority of the market share in mobile camps, we help clients cut diesel costs, reduce emissions,and improve operational performance.

About the Role:

Our client is fast-growing and are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to help expand and deepen their customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the companies commercial strategy in Oman
  • Identify and win new business opportunities in construction, O&G, EPCs, mining, logistics and industrial sectors
  • Generate qualified leads, build a strong pipeline, and manage the full sales cycle
  • Conduct customer visits, site assessments, commercial presentations, and proposal reviews
  • Lead tenders, pricing, negotiations, and contract finalisation
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key stakeholders (clients, partners,government entities)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Finance) to ensure alignment and smooth delivery
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Min. 5 years of B2B sales or account management experience
  • Experience in energy, construction, O&G services, equipment rental, or industrial projects
  • Ability to manage complex technical discussions with customers and strong commercial sense to handle large contracts.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, solution-driven mindset
  • Based in Musact, Oman or willing to relocate
  • English and Arabic fluent.
