Responsibilities:</b></p>

Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul><li>6+ years of web development experience, with at least 4+ years of proven proficiency in Go programming.</li><li>Deep understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL databases.</li><li>Experience implementing AWS services, including containerization to support Go applications and repository maintenance.</li><li>Proficiency with Kubernetes for application development, deployment, and scaling.</li><li>Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and an understanding of the differences between REST, GraphQL, and gRPC.</li><li>Knowledge of additional web technologies such as Python or PHP is a plus.</li><li>Strong time management and organizational skills.</li><li>Knowledge of Go templating, common frameworks, and tools.</li><li>Ability to instill and enforce best practices in web development within the team.</li><li>Strong design skills, with an understanding of design and architectural patterns.</li><li>Excellent understanding of data structures and algorithms.</li><li>A sense of urgency and ownership over the product, with a proactive approach to work.</li><li>Great attitude towards work and people, fostering a positive team environment.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment.</li><li>Experience in technical mentorship or coaching is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.</li></ul>
