 This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant, with experience in the Accounting, Finance or Tax sector to be a part of the founding team for TIG (The IN Group) Dubai.

 Ideally you will be located in and have a network within the UAE, although we can consider relocation for a UK based individual if they are proven in winning new business and building a market from scratch.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 In this market, we plan to build a team of 10&ndash;12 FTEs focused on high-impact areas including finance, technology and change recruitment, management consulting, and solution selling. We are committed to operating at the top of the market, delivering premium, high-value recruitment solutions to businesses undergoing digital and cultural transformation.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Role:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 You will be handing the entire candidate and client life cycle from initial contact to aftercare. Over all you will be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, taking accountability for the right outcomes. This includes:

 Candidate identification and interviews

 Advising and feeding back to candidates

 Attending client meetings

 Market mapping of specific candidate pools and head hunting from these

 What we are looking for:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 This role is suited to a recruitment consultant who has experience in recruiting for accounting, finance or tax positions in the UAE and/or Saudi Arabia in a 360 recruitment role.

 Ideally you will have 3 years or more of recruitment experience, ideally within accounting, finance or tax position sector

 About The Role
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 As Head of Technology &amp; Transformation, you will take ownership of developing and scaling our Technology &amp; Change recruitment offering across the Middle East. This is a high-impact, role that requires, blending creative business development with high-quality delivery and inspirational leadership.
 
 
 
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll act as a trusted advisor to your clients, delivering bespoke hiring solutions across leadership, strategic, and project-critical roles in technology, change, and digital transformation.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Team leadership: Y
 
 ou will be leading a small high performing team of technology &amp; transformation recruitment consultants, where you will be responsible for elevating their experience and performance
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Client Development:
 
 Identify, target, and win new business opportunities with organisations undergoing digital or tech-led change in the Middle East (especially UAE &amp; KSA).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Consultative Selling:
 
 Lead client conversations with a solutions-first mindset, selling retained search, embedded hiring models, and project-based recruitment.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Candidate Delivery:
 
 Build, engage, and manage a senior-level candidate network across CIO, CTO, CDO, CISO, Programme Leadership, Transformation, Product, Data, Cloud, ERP, and Cybersecurity.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Leadership:
 
 Take a visible leadership role within the practice, mentoring consultants, shaping best practice, and contributing to the long-term growth strategy of the TIG&rsquo;s international operations.

 Market Expansion:
 
 Support the broader group&rsquo;s strategic expansion into the GCC tech sector helping to define service lines, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies.
 </li>

 Relationship Building:
 
 Become a long-term strategic advisor to both clients and candidates, developing a reputation for quality, delivery, and partnership.

 <li>
 
 Brand &amp; Insight:
 
 Represent our brands with authority in the market; attending events, contributing to thought leadership, and advising on talent trends in the region.

 What we are looking for:

 Proven experience in agency recruitment with a track record of high performance in technology, transformation, or change functions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership skills and proven experience in leading and growing a high performing 360 technology recruitment team
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong business development capabilities confident in opening, pitching, and closing new client opportunities at a senior level.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with or placing talent in the Middle East, ideally including KSA and UAE.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable navigating complex, consultative sales processes (e.g. retained search, multi-role projects, or embedded talent solutions).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong network of senior tech/transformation/change candidates and the ability to build relationships across borders and cultures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Commercially sharp, self-driven, and excited by building something with real impact
 </li>
