Our new Middle East office represents a significant milestone for the business. Backed by substantial investment from our strategic partners, Career International, this new hub has been designed to support our long-term vision and scale our presence in one of the world's most dynamic and high-growth regions.

We have an opportunity for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant within the Technology space leader to join our Dubai, TIG (The IN Group) practice and be a part of the founding team.

This role is suited to a high performing and experienced 360 recruitment leader with experience in the Technology & Transformation space within a Recruitment Agency or Executive Search Practice. Ideally you will be located in and have a network within the UAE, although we can consider relocation for a UK based individual if they are proven in winning new business and building a market from scratch.

In this market, we plan to build a team of 10–12 FTEs focused on high-impact areas including technology and change recruitment, management consulting, and solution selling. We are committed to operating at the top of the market, delivering premium, high-value recruitment solutions to businesses undergoing digital and cultural transformation.

Role overview:

A key part of our strategy in the region is the appointment Partner level Recruitment Consultant to head up the Permanent Technology arm for TIG Talen Middle East leader.

Technology and Transformation sits at the heart of our TIG journey and have been instrumental to Investigo’s & The IN Group's success to date. This role represents a rare opportunity to shape a new market, lead from the front, and be a critical force in delivering our vision across the region. This is more than just an agency recruitment role, it’s a chance to build something from the ground up while being part of a wider Group that is transforming the talent industry on a global scale.

About The Role

As Partner within Technology & Transformation, you will take ownership of developing and scaling our Technology & Transformation recruitment offering across the Middle East. This is a high-impact, role that requires, blending creative business development with high-quality delivery and inspirational leadership.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to your clients, delivering bespoke hiring solutions across leadership, strategic, and project-critical roles in technology, change, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team leadership: Y ou will start as an individual contributor and have a clear path to management, if you wish.
• Client Development: Identify, target, and win new business opportunities with organisations undergoing digital or tech-led change in the Middle East (especially UAE & KSA).
• Consultative Selling: Lead client conversations with a solutions-first mindset, selling retained search, embedded hiring models, and project-based recruitment.
• Candidate Delivery: Build, engage, and manage a senior-level candidate network across CIO, CTO, CDO, CISO, Programme Leadership, Transformation, Product, Data, Cloud, ERP, and Cybersecurity.
• Leadership: Take a visible leadership role within the practice, mentoring consultants, shaping best practice, and contributing to the long-term growth strategy of the TIG’s international operations.
• Market Expansion: Support the broader group’s strategic expansion into the GCC tech sector helping to define service lines, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies.
• Relationship Building: Become a long-term strategic advisor to both clients and candidates, developing a reputation for quality, delivery, and partnership.
• Brand & Insight: Represent our brands with authority in the market; attending events, contributing to thought leadership, and advising on talent trends in the region.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in agency recruitment with a track record of high performance in technology, transformation, or change functions - ideally with 5 years or more of agency recruitment experience in the Tech & Transformation space
• Strong leadership skills and proven experience in leading and growing a high performing 360 technology recruitment team
• Strong business development capabilities confident in opening, pitching, and closing new client opportunities at a senior level.
• Experience working with or placing talent in the Middle East, ideally including KSA and UAE.
• Comfortable navigating complex, consultative sales processes (e.g. retained search, multi-role projects, or embedded talent solutions).
• Strong network of senior tech/transformation/change candidates and the ability to build relationships across borders and cultures.
• Commercially sharp, self-driven, and excited by building something with real impact
