You will be responsible for sourcing &quot;gold&quot; from our clients' extensive catalogs and editing specifically for monetization. You&rsquo;ll focus on the hooks, pacing, and sound design that keep viewers from scrolling.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Content Alchemy: Transform long-form archives into 60-second viral clips and 8-minute monetized Facebook features.</li><li>Scroll-Stopping Hooks: Master the first 3 seconds of every video using dynamic captions, pattern interrupts, and sound design.</li><li>Monetization Compliance: Ensure all edits meet Facebook&rsquo;s Community and Monetization Guidelines (no copyright strikes, safe for ads).</li><li>Collaboration: Partner with our Social Media Managers to align edits with 7-day posting schedules and creator brand voices.</li></ul>A Little About You:<ul><li>Technical Pro: High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
