Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour + Quarterly Bonus

The Social Lemon is looking for a Facebook-native Social Media Coordinator to help manage and monetize content for global creators. This is a high-growth role for someone who understands how to turn long-form content into viral, revenue-generating Facebook assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a 7-day posting schedule for multiple Facebook Creator pages.
• Sourcing: Watch creator libraries to find the "viral hooks" for repurposing.
• Briefing: Work with our video team to ensure edits meet FB monetization standards.
• Copywriting: Write engagement-driven captions that stop the scroll.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in social media (Facebook/Meta Business Suite preferred).
• Understanding of Facebook's monetization and community guidelines.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
