Pay Range: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Supplemental Pay: Quarterly Performance Bonuses

About The Social Lemon The Social Lemon works with global stars and brands to dominate social media through bespoke strategy and management. We are expanding our US team and looking for a rhythmic, trend-obsessed Video Editor Coordinator to turn massive content libraries into viral, revenue-generating "hits" for Facebook, Reels, and TikTok.

The Role You aren't just cutting footage; you are engineering virality. You will be responsible for sourcing "gold" from our clients' extensive catalogs and editing specifically for monetization. You’ll focus on the hooks, pacing, and sound design that keep viewers from scrolling.

What You’ll Do:

• Content Alchemy: Transform long-form archives into 60-second viral clips and 8-minute monetized Facebook features.
• Scroll-Stopping Hooks: Master the first 3 seconds of every video using dynamic captions, pattern interrupts, and sound design.
• Monetization Compliance: Ensure all edits meet Facebook’s Community and Monetization Guidelines (no copyright strikes, safe for ads).
• Collaboration: Partner with our Social Media Managers to align edits with 7-day posting schedules and creator brand voices.

A Little About You:

• Technical Pro: High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. Experience with After Effects or CapCut (Desktop) is a plus.
• Social Native: You understand the specific "vibe" and pacing required for Facebook audiences vs. TikTok.
• Fast & Organized: Comfortable with high-volume asset management and meeting daily deadlines.
• Portfolio Required: We prioritize results over degrees. Please include a link to your best social media edits.
