The HR and Accounts Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to both the Human Resources and Finance departments. The role includes assisting with recruitment, employee records, payroll administration, attendance monitoring, visa and labour documentation, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial and HR records while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labour regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources<ul><li>Assist in recruitment by posting vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment documentation.</li><li>Must be able to conduct telephonic interviews</li><li>Must be able to arrange Demo/Trials/Face-To-Face Interviews</li><li>Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, warning letters, salary certificates, NOCs, experience certificates, and other HR correspondence.</li><li>Maintain employee personnel files and ensure all records remain accurate and confidential.</li><li>Monitor attendance, leave balances, overtime, public holidays, and absenteeism.</li><li>Assist in processing payroll and preparing payroll reports.</li><li>Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.</li><li>Monitor probation periods and contract expiry dates.</li><li>Maintain HR databases and prepare monthly HR reports.</li><li>Support disciplinary procedures and ensure proper documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.</li><li>Assist employees with HR-related enquiries.</li></ul>Accounts<ul><li>Prepare customer invoices and receipts.</li><li>Record daily financial transactions accurately.</li><li>Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.</li><li>Process supplier invoices and employee reimbursements.</li><li>Maintain petty cash records and prepare reconciliation reports.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations.</li><li>Assist with monthly payroll verification.</li><li>Prepare payment vouchers, journal entries, and supporting documents.</li><li>Follow up on outstanding customer payments.</li><li>Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.</li><li>Maintain organised accounting records and filing systems.</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors and accountants as required.</li></ul>Administrative Duties<ul><li>Answer telephone calls and respond to emails professionally.</li><li>Maintain confidential company records and documents.</li><li>Order and monitor office supplies.</li><li>Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes when required.</li><li>Assist with document filing, scanning, and archiving.</li><li>Support management with administrative tasks and special projects.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Excellent organisational and time management skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Canva for Birthday Greetings designs.</li><li>Must be familiar with PDF and/or Adobe</li><li>Experience with payroll and accounting software is preferred.</li><li>Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.</li><li>Problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Professional attitude and customer service orientation.</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Office-based position.</li><li>May be required to work additional hours during payroll processing, audits, or month-end closing.</li><li>Required to maintain strict confidentiality of employee and financial information.</li></ul>Please share your updated CVs via whatsapp at +971 56 686 8740 Preferably immediate joiners.Work Location: In person

This is a hands-on, in-house role focused on content creation, social media posting, and supporting branch-level promotional needs.
