Responsibilities

  • Find clients and foster long-term relationships for cleaning /housekeeping
  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department ( B2B)
  • Understand client requirements
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes
  • Sales/Customer service skills
  • Outstanding communication ability
  • Confident and pleasant personality
  • Well-organized
  • Ability to work with targets
  • Sound judgement
  • Regional Travel is a must

Job Requirements:

  • Previous similar role minimum of 2 years from Facilities Management /Cleaning Company
  • Degree/Master's in marketing, business administration, or similar.
  • Extensive sales experience.
  • Professional yet affable disposition.
  • Neat, well-groomed appearance.
  • Great networking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
