Marketing & Content Assistant

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Content Assistant to support the day-to-day execution of marketing activities across our business units. This is a hands-on, in-house role focused on content creation, social media posting, and supporting branch-level promotional needs. The role is administrative and execution-focused, rather than strategic or managerial.

Key Responsibilities

Basic Content Creation & Posting

• ⁠ ⁠Create and schedule basic content for business social media platforms
• ⁠Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and current campaigns
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule

Branch Marketing Support

• ⁠ ⁠Work closely with branch managers to support ongoing promotions and campaigns
• ⁠Design quick-turnaround marketing materials (e.g., offers, discounts, event creatives) using tools such as Canva
• ⁠Adapt templates for different branches and promotions

Creative Requests Management

• Act as the point of contact for all internal creative requests
• Manage and prioritize incoming requests from branches
• ⁠Ensure timely delivery of all marketing assets

Influencer Coordination

• ⁠ ⁠Assist in coordinating influencer visits and collaborations
• ⁠Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, redemptions, where applicable)
• Maintain simple reports on influencer ROI

Administrative Support

• ⁠ ⁠Organize and maintain a library of marketing assets and templates
• Assist in basic reporting on campaign performance
• Support the wider marketing team with ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

• ⁠ ⁠1–2 years’ experience in marketing, social media, or a similar role
• Strong working knowledge of Canva (or similar design tools)
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requests
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• ⁠Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• A proactive, can-do attitude, able to work with own initiative
