Position Summary
The Marketing Assistant supports the commercial team in executing sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and administrative tasks across Capital Motion’s hospitality and F&B venues. This role plays a key part in driving revenue, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communications.
- Maintain and update client databases, CRM systems, and sales trackers.
- Coordinate with venue teams to support group bookings, corporate inquiries, and promotional offers.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to support conversion and revenue generation.
Marketing Coordination
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activations.
- Assist in content creation for social media, newsletters, and digital platforms.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and agencies for marketing materials.
- Help organize marketing events and activations across venues.
Reporting & Analysis
- Compile weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports for the General Manager – Commercial.
- Track campaign performance and provide basic analysis on engagement and ROI.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to support strategic planning.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes for commercial team discussions.
- Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing for marketing and sales activities.
- Ensure timely coordination between internal departments and external partners.
Customer & Partner Engagement
- Support relationship-building efforts with clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Assist in managing guest feedback and online reviews in coordination with the marketing team.
- Help maintain brand standards in all client-facing communications.
Key Job Tasks:
- Prepare and send client proposals and follow-ups.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate client records.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing events and activations.
- Assist with social media scheduling and basic content creation.
- Compile reports and assist with data entry and analysis.
- Liaise with venue teams for promotional execution and feedback.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing support, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
· Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
· Team-oriented with a proactive and detail-focused approach.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
