He thrives with caregivers who are patient, observant, and able to support his growth through thoughtful interaction and play. Outings, life skills, and light learning activities may be included as appropriate.To support the child&rsquo;s ability to generalize skills and tolerate schedule changes, the family would like the AM and PM caregivers to occasionally switch shifts (approximately 1&ndash;2 days per month), with advance planning and mutual agreement.
