 Position Title:
 
 
 Odoo Implementor/Functional Consultant- Projects
 
 
 
 
 ⚙️
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications within Odoo ERP.
 </li>
 <li>
 Configure and implement Odoo applications (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, manage, and monitor project timelines and deliverables.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct
 
 interactive Odoo demonstrations (Demos)
 
 for prospective clients and stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare functional and financial proposals in coordination with management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Train end-users and supervise pilot runs after system implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the technical team (Developers) to ensure proper customization and integrations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document processes, requirements, and progress reports using tools such as
 
 Google Workspace, Trello, and GitHub
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and system stability post-delivery.
 </li>

 Qualifications &amp; Requirements:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in one of the following fields:
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ol>
 <li>
 Management Information Systems (MIS)
 </li>
 <li>
 Information Systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Computer Science
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 2 years of experience
 
 implementing
 
 Odoo ERP
 
 or similar ERP systems (SAP Business One, Zoho ERP, Oracle NetSuite).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of business workflows &mdash; especially Sales, Inventory, and Accounting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience using project management and documentation tools (Trello, Google Workspace, Excel).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and spoken English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
 </li>
 </ul>

 Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

 Experience in delivering live Odoo demos and pre-sales sessions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Odoo Studio and light technical customization.
 </li>
