Odoo Implementor/Functional Consultant- Project Manager

🎯 Position Title:

Odoo Implementor/Functional Consultant- Projects

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications within Odoo ERP.
• Configure and implement Odoo applications (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.).
• Plan, manage, and monitor project timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct interactive Odoo demonstrations (Demos) for prospective clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare functional and financial proposals in coordination with management.
• Train end-users and supervise pilot runs after system implementation.
• Collaborate with the technical team (Developers) to ensure proper customization and integrations.
• Document processes, requirements, and progress reports using tools such as Google Workspace, Trello, and GitHub .
• Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and system stability post-delivery.

🧩 Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:

1. Management Information Systems (MIS)
2. Information Systems
3. Computer Science

• Minimum 2 years of experience implementing Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems (SAP Business One, Zoho ERP, Oracle NetSuite).
• Strong understanding of business workflows — especially Sales, Inventory, and Accounting.
• Hands-on experience using project management and documentation tools (Trello, Google Workspace, Excel).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

🚀 Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience in delivering live Odoo demos and pre-sales sessions.
• Familiarity with Odoo Studio and light technical customization.
• Interest in digital transformation, automation, and ERP optimization.
