We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee the financial operations of Charlie Khans and assist with the financial management of the business owner's personal investments and financesThis is a hands-on role requiring strong restaurant accounting experience, excellent knowledge of cloud-based accounting systems, and the ability to provide accurate financial reporting and commercial insights.Key ResponsibilitiesRestaurant Finance (Charlie Khans)<ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple restaurant locations</li><li>Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records</li><li>Prepare monthly Profit &amp; Loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow reports</li><li>Monitor food costs, labour costs and operating expenses</li><li>Reconcile POS systems, delivery aggregators and bank accounts</li><li>Manage supplier payments and accounts payable</li><li>Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE regulations</li><li>Produce weekly and monthly management reports</li><li>Analyse branch performance and identify areas for cost savings and improved profitability</li><li>Assist management with budgeting and forecasting</li><li>Ensure financial controls and procedures are maintained</li></ul>Systems &amp; Technology<ul><li>Maintain and optimise Zoho Books and related finance systems</li><li>Integrate and manage accounting data from restaurant POS systems and delivery platforms</li><li>Improve reporting automation and financial dashboards</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual work</li></ul>Personal Finance &amp; Investments<ul><li>Monitor personal bank accounts and credit cards</li><li>Track personal investments and maintain investment records</li><li>Prepare regular summaries of personal financial positions</li><li>Manage payment schedules and financial commitments</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 5 years accounting experience</li><li>Previous restaurant or hospitality accounting experience is essential</li><li>Strong knowledge of restaurant P&amp;L reporting</li><li>Advanced experience with Zoho Books</li><li>Strong understanding of POS systems, delivery platforms and restaurant operations</li><li>Excellent Excel and financial analysis skills</li><li>Experience managing multiple entities and bank accounts</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organisational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and provide commercial recommendations</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent qualification</li><li>Experience with multi-branch restaurant operations</li><li>Experience with personal wealth or investment reporting</li></ul>SalaryCompetitive salary based on experience plus performance-based incentives.Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Senior Accountant: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
