Job Title: Quality Engineer &ndash; Packaging ManufacturingDepartment: Quality Assurance / Quality ControlKey Responsibilities:1. Quality Control &amp; Assurance<ul><li>Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished packaging for compliance with specifications.</li><li>Conduct routine quality checks such as visual inspection, dimension verification, compression tests, and leak or burst tests.</li><li>Ensure adherence to ISO standards and internal quality procedures.</li><li>Maintain and calibrate measuring instruments and testing equipment.</li></ul>2. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation.</li><li>Maintain batch traceability and ensure proper recordkeeping for audits.</li><li>Support customer complaints investigations and create corrective and preventive action (CAPA) reports.</li></ul>3. Process Improvement<ul><li>Identify root causes of quality issues and implement process improvements.</li><li>Work with production and maintenance teams to reduce scrap and rework.</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, or Lean projects.</li></ul>4. Compliance &amp; Standards<ul><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BRC, GMP, etc.).</li><li>Conduct internal audits and support external audits.</li><li>Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:Education:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Packaging Technology.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within the packaging manufacturing industry (e.g., corrugated boxes, flexible packaging, plastic containers, or cartons).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,119.69 - &#8377;40,579.62 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities:1.
