Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Associate Technical Writer - Risk and Control to lead the development and maintenance of complex procedural documentation. This role involves working closely with operations, and compliance teams to ensure that all procedures are accurate, clear, and aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Develop, write, and edit detailed technical procedures, SOPs, work instructions, and manuals.</li>
<li>Analyse existing documentation and recommend improvements for clarity, consistency, and compliance.</li>
<li>Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather technical information and validate procedures.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain documentation standards and style guides.</li>
<li>Ensure documentation adheres to internal style guides, regulatory standards and best practices.</li>
<li>Participate in document reviews, audits, and validation processes to ensure procedural accuracy.</li>
<li>Maintain version control and documentation repositories using content management systems.</li>
<li>Mentor junior writers and contribute to documentation process improvements.</li>
<li>Manage documentation projects and ensure timely delivery.</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in English, Communications, Business, Finance, or related field.</li>
<li>3 to 5 years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on procedural documentation.</li>
<li>Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and document management platforms, or similar.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of structured writing, information architecture, and documentation standards.</li>
<li>Experience working in financial servicing industries.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across departments.</li>
</ul>
Desired Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience with servicing platforms and processes in Commercial Real Estate</li>
<li>Experience with validation protocols and quality assurance documentation.</li>
<li>Ability to analyze metrics and feedback to improve documentation usability.</li>
<li>Knowledge of digital documentation platforms and online help systems.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of commercial loan servicing terminology and processes</li>
</ul>
Standard shift time:
7.30 am - 4.30 pm (BLR) &amp; 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (HYD) - Should be flexible
