 Job Summary:
This Position is responsible for activities related to servicing of commercial loan transactions.

Primarily handle the processing and servicing of loans related to Tax Payments, including Preparing New Loans, processing disbursements, analyzing escrows, Maintaining Borrower escrow accounts and other activities relating to Tax, all while adhering to established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>To Process Various Loan servicing activities/inquiries/requests adhering to laid down procedures and ensuring that the established service standards are met.</li>
<li>Assists in escrow analysis on all escrowed accounts within the guidelines</li>
<li>Ensure all escrow items are remitted promptly before the delinquency date</li>
<li>Setup Borrower account with the Tax Vendor</li>
<li>Monitor non-escrowed accounts on Watchlist and ensure timely escalation.</li>
<li>Adherence to the SLA&rsquo;s &ndash; Productivity, Turn-around time and accuracy.</li>
</ul>
 Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>University Masters/bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business or related discipline.</li>
<li>6+ Months of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training and education.</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for engaging with candidates and hiring managers.</li>
<li>Demonstrated capacity to achieve results in a fast-paced, high-volume, and dynamic setting.</li>
<li>Organizational and administrative skills that reflect attention to detail and the ability to prioritize amidst competing demands.</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and a sense of urgency.</li>
<li>Skilled in managing sensitive information while upholding privacy.</li>
<li>Handling workload and special projects efficiently.</li>
<li>Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.</li>
