 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Site Logistics
 
 
 
 The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring and managing all aspects of site logistics to ensure the success of the project. This will include:

 Manage the interface between all Contractors on-site, including construction programmes, access, deliveries, waste, and security.

 Monitor the Contractor&rsquo;s site storage procedures for materials to ensure the protection of equipment and materials and work performed at the site.

 Establish a Project and Site Security plan and recommend to the Client procurement options for services and installations.

 The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing authority approvals to ensure the success of the project. This will include:

 Overseeing a statutory authority requirements report prepared by the Contractor and create and update a tracker which identifies all submissions / approval requirements for statutory authorities, including planning, permits, electricity, water, drainage, telecom, environmental, real estate authority etc.

 Proactively liaise the Client, Contractor and where, required, Authorities for approvals, Permits, NOCs, inspections, etc. to ensure the progress of works is not affected.

 Qualifications

 Design Oversight: Assist in providing technical input and consultation on fire and life safety systems, including fire detection and alarm systems, water-based suppression systems, clean agent extinguishing systems, smoke control systems, and passive fire protection systems for complex projects. Prepare and support design submissions, calculations, and Fire &amp; Life Safety Strategy reports in coordination with senior engineers.
