 WSP Middle East is looking for a graduate lawyer to join its busy and vibrant legal team. In this role, you will provide legal support to WSP throughout the Middle East, with a primary focus on helping manage our corporate portfolio and reviewing and negotiating construction industry contracts.
 
 
 This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate to gain hands-on legal experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. To be suitable for this role, you must be organised, display excellent written/communication skills, and have the ability to apply sound legal and commercial judgment. You must hold a law degree, ideally with a focus on Civil Law systems.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the delivery of legal services to different teams across the Middle East business in a timely and professional way.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with the day-to-day tasks related to managing company entities in the Middle East, including setting up, closing down, or making changes to business registrations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help review, draft, and organize different types of contracts and agreements, such as consultancy contracts and subcontracts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations that may affect WSP&rsquo;s operations in the region.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the legal team in managing the company&rsquo;s corporate documents and activities in the Middle East.
 </li>
 <li>
 Share observations and suggestions on corporate matters with senior members of the legal team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with other teams to help manage WSP&rsquo;s legal and corporate responsibilities in the Middle East.

 Qualifications

 Hold a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
 </li>

 Recently graduated or possess up to 2 years of relevant legal experience, ideally within the construction or infrastructure sector.
 </li>

 Demonstrate fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
 </li>
