You will lead our sales, business development and marketing efforts while ensuring alignment with our mission to augment customer data intelligence through innovative AI solutions.Compensation<ul><li>For the 1st year - 100% revenue based compensation based on the client projects that you would help to get and deliver.</li><li>After 1st year, based on company's progress we can consider formal corporate positions with market standard salary and equity etc.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute revenue generation strategies to achieve business objectives.</li><li>Lead and manage the business development and sales team to drive B2B sales initiatives.</li><li>Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing to align strategies that support revenue growth.</li><li>Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.</li><li>Oversee account management processes to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.</li><li>Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team.</li><li>Develop and implement the necessary business development, marketing and sales processes.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably as a Head of Sales, Business Development &amp; Marketing or Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) or similar position with technology services or solutions company.</li><li>Strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, and technology sales.</li><li>Excellent negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM tools is preferred.</li><li>Experience with Marketing tools is preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and drive results.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.</li><li>Ability to develop strategic partnerships that enhance revenue opportunities.</li><li>Deep experience in developing Go To Market strategies and business development plans for Healthcare, Life Sciences, BioTech, Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance AI solutions.</li><li>15+ years experience in leading the marketing, business development and sales teams.</li><li>Excellent sales, business development and marketing skills to get client projects for developing solutions based on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning &amp; Data Science for Healthcare, Medical, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Bio Tech, Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors.</li><li>Experience in doing consultative selling and professional services selling.</li><li>Excellent network and relationship with a large client base.</li><li>Proven track record of securing client projects and revenue.</li><li>Focused, aggressive, result oriented, can-do attitude.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Bachelors or Masters Degree.</li><li>Authorized to work in United States, No H1B Visa or OPT sponsorship</li><li>Sorry, we do not work with any recruiters!</li></ul>If you're ready to lead our revenue strategy into the future of AI innovation, we invite you to apply today!
