Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head or Director of Sales and Business Development for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) AI solutions tailored to dental and medical sectors. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth by expanding our market presence, forging strong B2B relationships, and leading high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging technology sales to revolutionize revenue cycle processes and improve healthcare financial outcomes.
Compensation
For the 1st year all compensation would be 100% revenue based on the client projects that you would help to get and deliver.
After 1st year, based on company's progress we can consider formal corporate positions with market standard salary and equity etc.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to accelerate adoption of AI-powered RCM solutions within dental and medical markets.
- Lead the sales and business development efforts for Revenue Cycle Management AI solutions within the Dental, Medical and the healthcare industry.
- Consultative selling , identify customer leads from your network, act as a trusted advisor for the customer, have a deep understanding of customer's business challenges that can be addressed using AI solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-energy environment focused on achieving aggressive targets.
- Cultivate new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, networking, and strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, dental practices, and industry stakeholders.
- Manage key accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth through effective account management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that highlight the benefits of our AI-driven revenue cycle solutions.
- Utilize CRM tools such as HubSpot to track pipeline activity, forecast revenue, and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and proposals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales and B2B sales within healthcare technology or related fields.
- Demonstrated management experience leading sales teams in fast-paced environments.
- 10+ years of proven experience in sales leadership in Dental, Medical and healthcare technology and AI-driven SaaS solutions.
- Strong background in business development, account management, and strategic negotiation.
- Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle management processes and AI/ML solutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teams while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence across diverse stakeholders.
